Simple terms for a parent-guided child app.

These Terms of Use apply to Bloomie, a parent-guided speaking-confidence app offered by MangomindX Labs LLP under the Green Bloom Kids brand.

By creating an account, using Bloomie, recording or uploading a voice moment, or accessing Bloomie pages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Bloomie.

Bloomie is intended for parents and guardians to use with children. The parent or guardian is responsible for account creation, consent, supervision, recordings, uploads, saved memories, and deletion requests.

Children should not use Bloomie without parent or guardian involvement.

Bloomie helps parents create small speaking moments, generate transcripts, show parent-friendly observations, and track speaking-confidence habits over time.

Bloomie does not provide medical advice, speech therapy, diagnosis, psychological assessment, educational grading, or emergency support. Bloomie insights are supportive guidance only.

You agree to provide accurate account information, use Bloomie only in a lawful and respectful way, and record or upload audio only when you have the right and permission to do so.

You are responsible for deciding whether Bloomie is appropriate for your child and for seeking qualified professional help for any medical, developmental, speech, educational, or mental health concern.

You confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have authority to record or upload a child’s voice for Bloomie use.

You should not upload audio or personal information about any child unless you have the required consent and authority.

Bloomie may process audio, transcripts, child profile details, and speaking results as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method and device secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your Bloomie account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being misused, creating risk, violating these Terms, or harming the service or other users.

Bloomie may offer free and paid features. Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be handled through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another approved payment provider.

Where purchases are made through an app store, that store’s billing, cancellation, and refund rules may apply.

You keep ownership of the voice recordings, child profile information, and other content you provide, subject to the rights needed for Bloomie to operate the service.

You give us permission to process, store, display, analyze, and transmit your content as needed to provide Bloomie features, support, security, and legal compliance.

Bloomie branding, design, software, product names, mascots, and service content belong to MangomindX Labs LLP or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Do not use Bloomie to upload unlawful, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or unauthorized content. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, attack, or misuse Bloomie systems.

Do not use Bloomie to record people without proper permission or to submit content that violates another person’s rights.

Bloomie may change, improve, pause, or discontinue features over time. We work to keep Bloomie available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may update these Terms when Bloomie changes, when legal requirements change, or when app store requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show the latest version.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomie and MangomindX Labs LLP are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of Bloomie.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
