1. Who we are

Bloomie is a parent-guided speaking-confidence app for children, offered by MangomindX Labs LLP under the Green Bloom Kids brand.

Bloomie is designed for parents and guardians. Children should use Bloomie only with a parent or guardian involved.

2. What Bloomie does

Bloomie helps parents create small speaking moments for a child, such as a short story, picture talk, feelings talk, or daily speaking prompt.

After a parent records or uploads a voice moment, Bloomie creates a transcript and parent-friendly speaking insight. Bloomie is not a medical, speech therapy, diagnostic, or educational grading service.

3. Information we collect

Parent account information: name, email address, phone number, sign-in method, and authentication identifiers needed to keep the account secure.

Child profile information: child first name or nickname, age, language, parent focus area, profile details, and optional profile photo if the parent adds one.

Voice activity information: recordings or uploaded audio submitted by the parent, transcript, activity type, speaking signals, scores, insights, result labels, timestamps, and history needed to show progress.

Saved voice memories: if the parent chooses to save a voice moment, the related audio and memory information may be stored so the parent can replay or preserve it.

Device and app information: device token for notifications, app version, platform, crash or error details, and basic technical logs needed to operate and protect the service.

Support information: messages, email address, and details you provide when contacting us for help or deletion requests.

4. Voice recordings and transcripts

Raw child audio is not intended to be saved permanently by default. Bloomie uses audio to create a transcript and generate the parent-facing result.

Audio is saved only when the parent chooses to save it as a voice memory or when temporary storage is needed to complete processing safely.

Transcripts, speaking results, and progress history may be stored so the parent can view past moments, track progress, and understand the child’s speaking journey.

5. How we use information

We use information to create and manage parent accounts, maintain child profiles, process voice moments, show results, display progress over time, send result-ready or reminder notifications, provide support, prevent misuse, fix bugs, improve reliability, and comply with legal and app store requirements.

We do not use Bloomie to make medical diagnoses or to replace professional advice. Parents should speak with qualified professionals for medical, developmental, educational, or speech concerns.

6. Service providers

Bloomie may use trusted service providers for authentication, notifications, hosting, database storage, transcription, analysis, crash/error monitoring, security, and customer support.

Current production services may include Firebase for sign-in and notifications, Render for backend hosting and database infrastructure, and backend transcription/analysis services operated for Bloomie.

These providers are used only to operate Bloomie and are not allowed to use Bloomie data for their own advertising purposes.

7. Data sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information.

We do not show third-party ads in Bloomie.

We do not share child voice recordings, transcripts, or child profile data with advertisers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users, to investigate misuse, or during a business transfer such as merger, acquisition, or restructuring, subject to appropriate protections.

8. Children and parent control

Bloomie is built for parent-guided use. A parent or guardian creates and controls the account, child profiles, voice activities, saved memories, and deletion requests.

Parents should not allow a child to use Bloomie without appropriate supervision and consent.

9. Retention

We keep account, child profile, transcript, result, progress, and saved memory information for as long as needed to provide Bloomie or until the parent deletes it or requests deletion.

Temporary audio used only for processing is deleted after processing unless the parent chooses to save that voice moment as a memory, or unless short-term retention is needed for security, debugging, or legal reasons.

10. Account and data deletion

Parents can request deletion of their Bloomie account and associated data through the account deletion page or by contacting support.

Deletion may include parent account information, child profiles, voice sessions, transcripts, insights, saved voice memories where applicable, device tokens, and support-linked account data, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Bloomie data. No online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to reduce risk and limit access to information needed to operate the service.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Bloomie changes, when our practices change, or when legal or store requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will show the latest version.

If a change is material, we may provide additional notice in the app or through another reasonable method.
