Parents can request Bloomie account deletion.

This page explains how to request deletion of your Bloomie account and associated child data.

1. Send a deletion request

Email hello@greenbloomkids.com from the email address linked to your Bloomie account. If you used phone sign-in, include the phone number linked to the account. Use the subject line: Bloomie Account Deletion Request.

2. Include account details

Include the parent name, sign-in email or phone number, and the child profile name or nickname if you want to help us locate the account faster. Do not send child voice recordings in the deletion request.

3. Verification

We may ask for reasonable verification to confirm that the requester is the parent, guardian, or account holder before deleting account data.

4. Deletion processing

After verification, we will delete or de-identify the Bloomie account and associated data within a reasonable period, unless we must retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting reasons.

Data included in deletion

  • Parent account details linked to Bloomie
  • Child profiles created by the parent
  • Voice sessions and speaking activity history
  • Transcripts, parent-facing insights, result labels, and progress history
  • Saved voice memories where applicable
  • Device tokens used for Bloomie notifications
  • Support-linked account information where deletion is legally and operationally allowed

Some limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, backup, or compliance reasons. Where possible, retained data will be limited and protected.
