Please include your device type, app version if known, and a short description of the issue. Do not email child voice recordings unless support specifically asks for them.

Account and sign-in help

For help with Google sign-in, mobile login, parent account access, or account recovery, email us with the phone/email used in Bloomie.

Recording and upload help

If Bloomie could not hear clearly, try a quieter room, keep the phone near the child, and record at least 30 seconds of natural speaking. If the issue continues, send us the session time and device details.

Voice result questions

Bloomie results are parent-friendly speaking observations, not medical diagnosis or speech therapy. For developmental or speech concerns, contact a qualified professional.

Privacy and saved memories

Audio is not intended to be saved by default. Saved voice memories are kept only when the parent chooses to save them. Contact us if you want help deleting saved memories or account data.

Data deletion

Parents can request deletion of their Bloomie account and associated data through the account deletion page or by contacting support.
